If you are a tutor/teacher, Edook requires you to register on our Website by providing your name, email ID, phone number, Qualifications, Experience details, location and gender. 

We may ask you to share qualification documents & ID to verify your credentials, which you may share at your own discretion. These documents won’t be shared with anyone outside of Edook Admin team & these documents are not published on the Website as a part of the ‘search’ results.

Sometime we may need to share a portion of your qualification certificate with parents. Before doing that, you(Teacher) will be asked & we will only share after your permission. 

 

 If you are a parent/school/coaching looking to get connected with our Teachers, our Website collects your name, email ID, personal phone number, details of personal interest and location. Based on your consent, these informations (except contact details & address) are shared with our tutors.

 

All other information exchanged by you with Edook.in in the form of written communication, responses to emails, feedback required from you, participation in discussions, etc. shall be deemed to be confidential and shall be owned by Edook and shall be available for the exclusive use of Edook. Yes, We record the calls we receive on our contact number or if we call any parents or teachers.

Such recordings are made and kept for auditing purposes to ensure that tutors are adhering to the guidelines of the platform and it’s associated policies. No recordings will be shared with any third parties or unauthorised personnel. They will be used for internal purposes only.

Direct Calls that happen between students/parents and tutors are not recorded by us, it’s upto the respective parties to record or not & we are not responsible for it.
